INGREDIENTS:
4 slices of Brioche bread
2 eggs
Agave syrup
1/8 cup almond milk
3 sliced strawberries (optional)
Half a handful of blueberries (optional)
2-3 caps full of vanilla extract
1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Olive oil

- Start by beating your eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Stir in your almond milk.
- Dip bread in your mixture and be sure to get both sides coated evenly.
- Grease your skillet with olive oil and toast both sides until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
